3. Why we use your data
We process personal data only where we have a lawful basis under the GDPR (Regulation (EU) 2016/679):
- to answer your enquiries and prepare quotations (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f));

4. Cookies
We use essential cookies that keep the cart, login and security features working. We may also use functional or analytics cookies to understand how the site is used. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, although parts of the shop may then stop working correctly.
5. Who we share data with
We do not sell personal data. We share it only with parties that help us run our business or fulfil your order, such as hosting and IT providers, payment providers, freight forwarders, carriers and customs agents, accounting and legal advisers, and public authorities where the law requires.
6. International transfers
Because we trade internationally, some recipients may be located outside the European Economic Area. Where this happens we rely on an adequacy decision, standard contractual clauses or another safeguard permitted by law.
7. How long we keep data
We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected. Enquiries are kept for as long as the conversation or business relationship continues and for a reasonable period afterwards. Order and accounting records are kept for the period required by Polish law, which is generally five years from the end of the tax year.
8. Your rights
You have the right to access your data, correct it, have it erased, restrict or object to processing, and receive a copy in a portable format. To use these rights, contact us using the details above. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO), ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, Poland.
